Because many of the products supplied by Tactical Distributors SA are specialised, imported, or ordered on demand, refunds are not always possible and must be approved before goods are returned.

Please include your order number and details of the item.
Returns are subject to approval and supplier conditions. Change-of-mind returns carry a 20% handling fee (stock items only, unused and resaleable, within 7 days of receipt).
Important notes
- Refunds are not automatic
- Special-ordered, back-ordered and custom items cannot be returned unless faulty
- Goods must be in resalable condition unless faulty
