- Back-ordered or special-ordered items (including all Brownells and Rothco products)
- Used or pre-worn items sold voetstoots (as is) where the condition was disclosed and accepted
- Budget Chinese-made products sold as entry-level items
- Hygiene-sensitive PPE items that have been opened or used, such as earplugs, earpieces, face masks, respirators and mouthguards
