Where and how do I order from TDSA?

The TDSA website is open 24/7, 365 days a year at: https://www.tacticaldistributors.co.za You can place orders at any time using the TDSA website. For normal retail purchases, we recommend ordering directly on the website. For bulk orders, trade enquiries, government orders, special orders, or items not listed on the website, please email: sales@tdsa.co.za You can also use the Request a Quote page on the website. Step 1 — Create an account Go to the TDSA website and click on Login / Register at the top of the page if you have not created an account yet. Then click on Register Now. You will be asked to enter some basic information in order to create your account. Once completed, submit the form to create your account. Step 2 — Browse and add products to your cart Once logged in, you can search or browse the website to view all available products. To add an item to your order, select the required options (size, colour, etc.) and click Add to cart. You can view or edit your cart at any time by clicking the Cart icon at the top of the page. Step 3 — Review your cart When you are ready to place your order, open your cart and review all items carefully. Please check: - Sizes - Colours - Quantities - Product options - Delivery details You can add, remove or change items before continuing. Click Proceed to checkout when ready. Step 4 — Enter delivery details You will be prompted to enter your delivery and billing details. Please make sure all information is correct, including: - Name - Address - Contact number - Email address Click Continue once completed. Step 5 — Select delivery or collection Choose your preferred shipping or collection option. Shipping costs are calculated based on weight, size and delivery area. You may also leave notes in the order comments if needed. Click Continue to proceed. Step 6 — Select payment method Select your preferred payment method. We accept: - EFT - Card payments - Payfast - Ozow - Stitch - PayJustNow (Buy Now Pay Later) - Yoco (in store) - Cash (in store) All orders are processed on a payment-in-advance basis. Please note: - Stock is only reserved once payment is received - Some items are ordered from suppliers after payment - Lead times may apply to certain products Accept the Terms and Conditions and confirm your order. Step 7 — Complete payment After confirming your order, you will be redirected to the selected payment provider to complete payment. Once payment is successful: - You will see an order confirmation message - You will receive a confirmation email Step 8 — Order progress and enquiries You will receive an email confirming your order with a reference number. You can reply to that email with any enquiries regarding your order. How do I order on the TDSA website?

How do I request a quote? (RFQ)

Tactical Distributors SA supplies to the public, businesses, security companies, resellers, and government departments. For normal purchases, we recommend ordering directly on the TDSA website: https://www.tacticaldistributors.co.za For bulk orders, trade enquiries, tenders, special orders, or items not listed on the website, you can request a quote. How to request a quote Please email your RFQ (Request for Quote) to: sales@tdsa.co.za or give us the details in the website chat. You may also use the Request a Quote page on the TDSA website if preferred. To allow us to quote accurately, please include as much information as possible, such as: - Product name or description - Make / model - Item code or part number - Colour / size / specification - Quantity required - Delivery address - Collection or courier - Company name (if applicable) Providing images, links, or reference numbers will help us quote faster and more accurately. When a quote is required A quote is normally required for: - Bulk orders - Wholesale or reseller orders - Government or tender enquiries - Special order items - Imported items - Items not listed on the website - Large quantity orders - Orders over R5 000 (guideline only) If you are unsure, you may still order directly on the website for normal purchases. What payment methods do you accept?

Tactical Distributors SA accepts several secure payment methods for both online and direct orders. All orders are processed on a payment-in-advance basis. This means payment must be received before goods are released or ordered from suppliers. Online payment methods For orders placed on the TDSA website, we accept: - Card payments (credit and debit cards) - EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) - Payfast - Ozow - Stitch - PayJustNow (Buy Now Pay Later – pay over 3 months) - Yoco (where available) All online payments are processed through secure payment gateway providers. Direct / manual payments For orders placed via email or quote, we accept: - EFT (bank transfer) - Card payments (where available) - Cash (by arrangement) EFT payments must reflect in our bank account before goods will be released or ordered. PayJustNow – Buy Now Pay Later PayJustNow allows you to split your payment into 3 interest-free instalments when available at checkout. This option is only available on qualifying online orders. USD / international payments In certain cases, payment in USD may be accepted for international or export orders. This is handled by arrangement only. Availability, Lead Times and ETAs: Local and International Products

Tactical Distributors SA supplies a wide range of specialised, imported, and in some cases regulated products. We aim to be as open and transparent as possible regarding stock availability, lead times, and estimated delivery dates. While we do everything possible to ensure that orders are processed quickly, delays can occur from time to time due to supplier, manufacturing, or logistics factors. Stock status on the TDSA website The TDSA website displays the current stock status for each product. We do our best to keep this information accurate, but stock levels are an indication only and may change. In Stock This means our system indicates that at least one unit is available at the time the stock level was last updated. The website will also show an estimated dispatch time. Please note: - Stock is only reserved once payment has been received - Stock may change due to other orders - Final availability is confirmed after order verification Backorder / Pre-Order Backorder / Pre-Order This means the item is not currently in stock and must be ordered from a supplier, imported, or manufactured. The website will show an estimated lead time based on the information available at that time. Backorder lead times may vary depending on: - Supplier availability - Manufacturing time - Import and shipping time - Customs clearance - Local transport Lead times shown on the website are estimates only. What is an ETA? ETA means Estimated Time of Arrival. This refers to the estimated time that stock is expected to arrive at TDSA before dispatch to the customer. ETAs are based on information provided by: - Manufacturers - Suppliers - Shipping companies - Logistics providers - Customs and clearing agents Because of this, ETA’s may change without notice. While we do our best to keep ETA information updated, exact delivery dates cannot be guaranteed. Ordering cycle and supplier availability TDSA works with many local and international suppliers. Some products are ordered frequently, while others are ordered only when required. This means: - Some items can be supplied quickly - Some items may take longer depending on supplier stock - Some items may need to be imported - Some items may be manufactured to order If a supplier does not have stock when we place an order, the lead time may increase. We do our best to inform customers if significant delays occur. Payment and order processing Orders are processed after payment has been received. Ordering Brownells.com Products from TDSA

Tactical Distributors SA is able to import and supply a wide range of firearm parts, spares, magazines, tools, and accessories from Brownells.com. We can import most firearm-related parts and accessories listed on the Brownells website, with some restrictions. We cannot import: - Firearms - Ammunition - Certain regulated or restricted items - Certain brands that are not allowed to be exported - Items that cannot legally be imported into South Africa All imports are subject to export and import regulations. Items listed on the TDSA website We have listed a selection of Brownells and related products on the TDSA website. You can view available items here: https://www.tacticaldistributors.co.za We continue to add products where possible. If the item you need is not listed, we may still be able to import it for you. Requesting a quote for Brownells items If you would like us to import an item from Brownells, please email: sales@tdsa.co.za Please include: - Item description - Brownells part number - Manufacturer part number - Quantity required We will confirm: - Export eligibility - Import eligibility - Estimated pricing - Estimated lead time and then provide a quote. Lead times and import delays Importing firearm-related parts is a time-consuming and admin-intensive process. Depending on the item, the following may be required: - Export approval - Import permits - Compliance documentation - Customs clearance Because of this, lead times may vary. Typical lead times may be several weeks, but longer delays are possible. ETA’s are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. Special order conditions Brownells imports are treated as special orders. This means: - Full payment is required before ordering - Orders may only be cancelled with TDSA management's written approval, and a cancellation fee of 20% or more may be charged - Refunds are not normally possible - Items are ordered specifically for the customer Please make sure all details are correct before confirming the order. Compatibility and product selection It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the correct parts are ordered. TDSA cannot guarantee compatibility with your firearm or equipment. We cannot accept returns for special order items that were ordered incorrectly.
